Use the door on the left and go to the next corridor. Then go to the laboratory (the door to the left of the dryer).

The Rune table is located at the entrance (on the right). Take a sedative. Look at the hero's backpack (left corner of the screen) and you will see that you have tranquilizer needles, an oximeter, a tracking collar and reversible syringes.

Exit the lab and find a weapon rack - grab a tranquilizer rifle. Exit the room through the double door.
